- monique michaud Added 24/09/2017★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I was part of a tour group. Upon entering I was impressed with the size of the entrance but disappointed with the decor. It did not read castle-like for me. We had a basement room, scratched furniture, tight for space with no room for luggage. It was clean, comfortable bed, good bathroom. No view.
Food was good but had a very long wait to be served for dinner.
I expected "an experience" in this hotel. Much preferred the quaint, well decorated, friendly hotels throughout Ireland that I so enjoyed during my trip.
A bit of a downer.
